Fitness Update

Got up about 2 hours later than I intended to this morning, but still managed to get the biking in even though I very badly need to get one (or two) of my car tires replaced. Managed 16.44 miles today at just under 12 mph (average.) Wanted 20, but will try for that tomorrow.

Weighed myself after the shower and I'm currently at 251 exactly, which is 19 pounds under where I was when I started this 48 days ago. So ... progress!
